4. Special Conditions for COD Orders
While we aim to offer flexibility, Cash on Delivery (COD) orders have specific rules when it comes to cancellations:
· COD orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, the COD option becomes active, making direct cancellations difficult.
· If you no longer wish to accept a COD order after dispatch, please do not accept delivery at the time of arrival. The package will be returned to us, and no payment will be collected from you.
· Excessive or repeated COD rejections (refusing multiple orders) may result in restrictions on placing future COD orders, as constant logistics reversals create substantial cost and time loss.

5. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Refunds for cancelled orders are handled according to the Refund Policy. In summary:
· Prepaid Orders (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking): Money will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
· Store Credits Option: Instead of waiting for money to be credited back, you may opt for store credit equivalent to the cancellation amount, available instantly in many scenarios.
· COD Orders: Since no payment is collected upfront, no refund is necessary if a cancellation occurs prior to delivery. For canceled COD orders where online prepayment has been made (partial or full), refunds will be processed as per standard timelines.
6. Situations Where Cancellations May Be Denied
To maintain operational efficiency and fairness to all customers, cancellations may not be accepted in certain cases, including:
· Items already shipped and in transit (unless refused upon delivery).
